Hari Raya Sticky Date Pudding

There are many versions of where the sticky date pudding was invented. However, this sweet treat has been enjoyed by all. The sticky date pudding is a moist cake, made with finely chopped dates and often served together with caramel sauce and delicious cold custard or vanilla icecream.We have produced this classic dessert and added our little flare to it! A soft sponge based date pudding, drizzled with sweet caramel and carefully decorated with seeds, nuts, desiccated coconut and edible flowers, can be served both warm or chilled.
